The highly adhesive barrier film protects the hands from water and irritation with its "highly adhesive barrier formula." It has high water repellency and is difficult to remove with water, so the effect lasts without reapplication. 
It contains four active ingredients: anti-inflammatory ingredient (dipotassium glycyrrhizinate), metabolism support ingredient (panthenol), blood circulation promoting ingredient (vitamin E derivative), and antibacterial ingredient (isopropyl methylphenol). 
It is smooth and comfortable to use without stickiness. Fragrance-free. It is recommended to use when you repeatedly experience cracks, chapped hands, and rough hands, when you wash your hands a lot or do water work, or when you are busy and cannot reapply the cream repeatedly.
