How to use:
When using for the first time, twist the cap several times so that the powder inside the cap is evenly distributed onto the tip before applying.
Apply the powder evenly along your lower eyelids to give a fuller, plumper appearance to the under-eye area.
If you want a more noticeable plumping effect, twist the cap several times before use to pick up enough powder on the tip.
After use, twist the cap back to close it securely. Leaving the cap open may prevent the powder from adhering properly.
If the tip or the spiral part of the cap becomes dirty, wipe gently with a tissue.
