How to use:
Use every morning and evening before skin care and makeup on cleansed eyelashes and areas of concern around the hairline.
Apply an appropriate amount to the tip and, being careful not to get it in your eyes, apply it from the hairline to the tips, lifting them up as you go.
After use, wipe the tip with tissue etc. and return it to the container. If you are going to use skin care or makeup products, wait until the product has dried before using.
Tip: When applying to the under-eye bags and corners of the eyes, blend thoroughly with your fingers.
