Marna Japan EcoCarat Porous Ceramic Drying Stone Dry Keeper (2 pieces) - keep salt dry & sugar moisturised
 
ECOCARAT is a kind of “porous ceramic” developed by LIXIL. It has about 5 times the amount of moisture absorption and release compared to diatomaceous earth, and the water absorption speed is equivalent or better. 
It adjusts the humidity inside the salt and sugar containers. You can put it in the containers to keep salt dry and sugar moisturised.
* Effects vary depending on usage conditions, weather, ventilation, and other environments. 
 
(A) Salt:
Dry it before putting it in a salt container. Remove it from the container about once a month and dry it thoroughly afterward. 
 
(B) Sugar:
After immersing it in water, take it out and put it in a sugar container when its surface becomes dry. Remove it from the container when the sugar becomes not hard. If leaves it in the container for a long time, the sugar will tend to harden again. 
Each pack contains 2 pieces of drying stone.
