Smooths out scattered eyelashes and coats them with a smooth shine. 
Can be used as both a mascara and a top coat.
Can also be used for eyelash extensions and eyelash perms.
Waterproof formula that is resistant to water, sweat, and tears. Keeps curls that stand up from the roots for a long time. Easy to remove with warm water. (When used alone)
Double comb with fine comb and zigzag comb to create beautiful curls. Sheer black that enhances the power of your eyes.

How To Use:
・Apply the product using a fine comb, combing from the roots of your eyelashes to the tips.
・Apply the product using the opposite comb, moving the base back and forth to create a beautiful finish.
・When using as a top coat, apply your mascara first, then apply this product.
