- The shipping rate may vary across countries, mostly this is table-rated depending on the weight of order. You can get the shipping estimate upon checkout. Please make sure you've entered your full address in your account to get the correct shipping quote.
- Please kindly note that there is a maximum weight limit of 2kg / 4.4 lb for most shipping methods. If you come across error upon checkout, please try to reduce the items in shopping cart and try again.
- Some airmail shipping options are suspended to certain countries since covid-19 until further notice. If you can't find any shipping method upon checkout, we are sorry but our couriers can't cover your region at this moment.
- For those countries with "economic airmail" options available, they will be shipped via Hong Kong Post's ePacket with full/partial tracking, the delivery time frame could be 1-3 weeks depending on destination countries (see below).
- FREE SHIPPING offer is currently only available for purchase over US$50 when shipping to Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia, may be subject to change from time to time depending on international courier costs.

Over 90% of orders will be dispatched within 1~3 business days after completion of payment, except those products marked as "pre-order", which in case adding certain days on top before dispatching.
