Returns & Replacements

Customers have the right to return the goods* within 14 calendar days without any reasons. Any goods returned to us, under the right to cancel, must be in 100% new condition, with original packaging included, not damaged nor defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, the actual shipping cost we paid for your order (usually higher than what you paid for the shipping part) is non-refundable under all circumstances, and will be deducted from the total valid refunding amount. You may inquire for the actual shipping cost before placing your order.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or a wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 calendar days for the arrangement of a free return and exchange.

* except sale items, clearance items, pre-order items, and items with printed best-before-date that is less than 4 months, and items stated with a dedicated return policy. For details, please contact us before placing any orders.

Customs

Import tax, customs & duties regulation vary from country to country. Some countries have relaxed regulations on the import taxes whilst other may not offer such benefit. We highly recommend to check your country's tax-free import value before purchase. For most EU customers, please expect a tax charge first on your purchase, though in some cases that small packages could be released with charges, but not always, it also depends on individual countries too.

The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered. The declared content of the parcel must be accurate and true for custom purpose. Any customized declaration requested from us is at your own risk. It is your responsibility and risk to bear should the custom within your country decides to seize your parcel due to incorrect description of parcel content.

For any reasons that the packages return to us when fail to settle the tax and charges within the assigned period, the actual shipping cost we paid for your order (usually higher than what you paid for the shipping part) is non-refundable under all circumstances, and will be deducted from the total valid refunding amount. Ordering

To make a purchase, simply enter the quantity and click "Add to Cart", you can always view the cart at the top right corner of the screen. After finishing the order, please click "Checkout" in the Shopping Cart.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept PayPal and most common Credit Cards via PayPal Gateway. We have already stopped offering "Discount Code" since covid-19, you can just ignore the box upon checkout.

Viewing Orders

After completion of order, you can view the order details under [My Account] > [Order History]. An order confirmation email will also be sent to your registered email address.

Updating Account Information

Customers are entitled to inquire, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
